This weekend workshop, primarily focused on drawing, will include vision practices that facilitate glimpses of divine imagination, chakra drawing with a yogic model, inner self-portraiture, studies in sacred geometry, and slide show talks on the history of visionary and spiritual art. CoSM FULL MOON OPening At EAST WEST GALLERY !

The Chapel of Sacred Mirrors is pleased to announce that many CoSM activities and artworks by visionary artist Alex Grey, will find a new Manhattan home at East West Living on 78 Fifth Avenue @ 14th Street. (more info at www.cosm.org). Thanks to the generosity of Jan Mathews, founder of East West Living, CoSM, after moving out of the Chapel in Chelsea, is transforming the beautiful second floor studios into magnificent galleries and a small store selling CoSM and Alex Grey posters and gifts.

On February 9th, CoSM will hold a Full Moon ceremony and Grand Opening party at East West Gallery. Doors will open at 7pm for the ceremony and light refreshments will be served after the ceremony at about 9:30pm. Beginning February 10th, CoSM will be open to the public in its new incarnation for visitors and meditation from noon to 5 pm daily with $5 admission as before. East West will continue to host yoga classes, workshops, movies, social events and rentals around the gallery schedule. CoSM's retail store will reopen at East West Gallery, with a complete selection of Alex Grey prints, clothing and artistic gifts.
