Journey to Egypt

Nurture your inner artist and mystic. Join us in Egypt where creative inspiration has impacted countless visitors for millennia. We are called on pilgrimage to this planetary power place, a source of wisdom that formed the foundation of human civilization. This opportunity to visit sacred sites with Nicki Scully, a priestess devoting her life to a relationship with Egyptian spiritual forces, offers a unique initiation to ancient mysteries.

Visionary antiquities of Egypt offer first hand clues to occult symbolism of this distant land and its influence on Western art and culture. Mythic archetypes are deeply wired in the human unconscious, such as the tale of Isis, Osiris and Horus, which is alive in all of us. The rites and initiations of this ancient culture resonates deeply with our own psychic and regenerative episodes in the narrative of our social and individual journeys.

As artists building a sacred site and a spiritual community, we look forward to studying this culture with you, and experiencing the profound mysteries that manifested architecture adorned with Gods and Goddesses of the Old Kingdom. While on this pilgrimage, to deepen our receptivity to these carved, sculpted and painted artifacts of a glorious era, classes will be offered in drawing, sacred geometry, and sacred architecture. Akin to meditation, drawing brings an object into heightened consciousness. opening our awareness to the subtle forces latent in powerful relics.

Simply upon entering these Egyptian temples, the high intensity of energy can induce altered states. The theme of love intrinsic to the myth of Isis and Osiris resonates with our own core message. The legacy of sacred space left by this ancient civilization is foundational to the mission of the Chapel of Sacred Mirrors. With correct guidance, archetypes and temples imbued with holy spirit through ages of devotion have great relevance today, teachings that can profoundly influence contemporary society so in need of a connectedness with the divine.
