The philosophy of this practice integrates Yoga with other esoteric phiosophies including Egyptian, Oriental, Greco-Roman, Hermeticism, and more. Shipra’s knows Sanskrit, and includes Bhakti yoga, too. She also likes to offer Marma therapy, Reflexology towards the end of the session.
