December Full Moon Workshop:
Yoga with Deanna
4 PM - 5 PM in the Art Lab

Set your intention for the evening with an hour of mindful movement, breathwork, and ritual. This Full Moon in Libra invites us to explore balance, harmony, and self-knowing, as it unfolds along the Libra-Aries axis. This class is not about breaking a sweat- through gentle flows and pranayama, we’ll attune to the energetic balance within, grounding ourselves before the night’s celebrations.
Yoga will take place in the Art Lab at CoSM. Some mats, straps and blocks will be provided.
Bringing a blanket for savasana is encouraged.
About the Instructor: Deanna
Deanna has a 200HR training in Hatha, as well as additional training in Yin, Yoga Nidra, Yoga for Anxiety/Depression, and a 13 month apprenticeship with the Biomystical Womb Temple. She has taught in locations all over the world- from the jungles of Panama, to the beaches of Mozambique and Hawaii. In addition to the more traditional aspects of yoga, Deanna infuses her love for herbalism and the natural world into her offerings.

CoSM is 65 miles north of New York City and accessible by Metro North Train leaving hourly from Grand Central Station.
