November 21, 2026
2:00 PM - 5:00 PM

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Sound & Movement: Evoking the Body’s Creative Intelligence

with Evan Worldwind & HannaH’s Field

Join Evan Worldwind & HannaH’s Field for an immersive afternoon exploring sound, breath, and movement as pathways to presence and creative expression.

Through guided breathwork, internal movement practices, vocal resonance, and a didgeridoo sound immersion, participants are invited to deepen their listening and reconnect with the body as a living instrument.

Rooted in Evan’s work with Artist Dream Family, this workshop explores the relationship between inner alignment and creative ownership: how we direct our attention, express ourselves, and bring intention into everyday life.

The experience moves through seated and standing practices into a lying-down sound meditation, followed by an open, jam-session-style closing for shared expression and integration.

At the heart of the workshop is a simple invitation: bring mind, body, and intention into greater alignment. Give yourself room to listen, move, and reconnect.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Breathwork & Sound Meditation: Explore breath and sound as invitations to settle your attention, cultivate presence, and listen inward.
  • Internal Movement Practices: Connect breath, posture, balance, and intention through guided movement and embodied awareness.
  • Vocal Resonance Exploration: Discover the expressive possibilities of your voice through guided sound and resonance practices.
  • Didgeridoo Sound Immersion: Rest and receive the deep, resonant sounds of the didgeridoo in a shared listening experience.
  • Creative Expression & Integration: Close with an open, jam-session-style experience, allowing the group to express and integrate the afternoon together.

WORKSHOP JOURNEY

The workshop incorporates breathwork, sound meditation, seated and standing movement practices, and vocal resonance. A lying-down sound meditation invites participants to rest, receive, and be carried by the music. An open, jam-session-style closing offers space for shared expression and integration.
