Full Moon Workshop: Sound Journey & Meditation with Arjun Bruggeman
ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
Echoes of Stillness is an invitation into the vast depths of the inner self through storytelling, meditation, and sound.
The afternoon will begin in storytelling; Arjun will warmly share about time he spent with some incredible spiritual teachers. The stories serve to open the space, quiet the intellect, and activate the heart for a journey into being.
Following the natural conclusion of storytelling will be a guided meditation, inviting deeper and deeper stillness, preparing consciousness to receive the medicine of sound.
The remainder of the afternoon will be spent journeying through spacious, multidimensional and otherworldly soundscapes. Rhythm, mantra, and atmospheric sound cultivate a deep state of being where transformational processes such as healing, alchemy and realization may unfold. The journey will embody both light and dark as a means of activating the whole of the inner world.
Arjun’s sound journeys are a unique hybrid of East-meets-West and ancient-meets-modern, beautifully and spaciously composed, transmitting an experience of Beauty and Space within. Arjun’s rich diversity of spiritual study coupled with the wisdom and love shared by his many teachers has led Arjun to a unifying center that transcends belief. It is from this center that he connects with listeners on the path, acknowledging the endless forms the path takes.

Full Moon Ceremony
- 5:30 PM: Entheon 3rd floor closed for ceremony setup
- 6:30 PM: Doors open for ceremony seating in the Great Hall Seating is not guaranteed and is first-come, first-served. Remote-viewing areas are always available throughout the ceremony in the Grey House Library and Entheon’s All One Gallery.
- 7:00 PM – 8:45 PM: Full Moon Ceremony Led by Alex Grey & Allyson Grey

Full Moon After-Hours
Featuring music, live painting, interactive art, and more. Food + beverages available in the Grey House Moon Lounge & Mushroom Cafe.
- 9:45 PM: Music by Harmal in the Grey House
- 11:00 PM: Entheon closes (Grey House remains open)
- 11:45 PM: Music ends / Group Howl at the Moon
- 12:00 AM: End of event
YOUR INSTRUCTOR:
Arjun Bruggeman
Musician - Meditation Teacher - Composer
A dedicated explorer of consciousness and spirituality, Arjun brings over three decades of practice to his otherworldly soundscapes, guided meditations, and storytelling. He has spent 21 years touring worldwide as a tabla player with Krishna Das and has collaborated with artists including David Darling, Belinda Carlisle, Mark Egan, and John Densmoore and Robby Krieger of “The Doors”.
He has immersed himself in ancient wisdoms such as Taoism, Tibetan Buddhism, Hinduism, and Shamanism - including Siberian, Old Norse, and Druid traditions. He has also explored modern frameworks such as The Gateway Experience and Vortex Healing.
His lifelong passion to directly experience consciousness and the diverse pathways of spirituality has revealed a unifying center that transcends belief. It is from this place that his work is born and connects with listeners on the path.
MATERIALS:
Yoga mats and cushions to be comfortable sitting / laying will be provided. Please come early if you wish to have a space to lay down.
CoSM WORKSHOP SETTING:
Class sessions will take place in the beautiful MAGI Art Lab (Mystic Artists Guild International.)

- Students are welcome to experience Entheon and Grey House Galleries, including both CoSM Shop & Entheon Shop.
- The Mushroom Cafe is an additional gallery, an immersively muraled space with mushroom themed contributions from 19 accomplished visionary artists
- The Wisdom Trail offers a contemplative walk through the CoSM woods, including a labyrinth, outdoor sculptural installations by visionary artists
Getting To CoSM:
CoSM is 65 miles north of New York City and accessible by Metro North Train leaving hourly from Grand Central Station.
Things to Note:
- No pets of any kind are allowed on CoSM property.
- No food or open liquids are allowed inside Entheon.
- Coat & bag closet available for ALL backpacks & large bags in Entheon.
