Full Moon Workshop - Yoga Sound Journey with Sacred Ember
ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

Join Sacred Ember for a Sound Bath & Restorative Yoga Journey. This offering pairs intentional movement with live, immersive sound, creating a unified experience that supports reflection, release, and clarity under the energy of the full moon.
Throughout the practice, gentle restorative yoga, guided rest, and sound unfold together, allowing vibration, breath, and movement to work in harmony. This integrated approach helps regulate the nervous system, deepen awareness, and invite a felt sense of presence and integration.
The full moon offers a moment to pause, observe, and let go of what no longer serves. This practice invites you to move, rest, and listen inward while attuning to the larger rhythms of the lunar cycle.
No prior experience is necessary. Come as you are.

WHAT TO EXPECT
This Yoga Sound Journey is a slow, restorative experience that blends supported yoga postures with live sound and spoken word. The practice is designed to help you settle into the body, soften the nervous system, and enter a state of deep listening and rest.
We’ll move through a small number of gentle, long-held restorative shapes using props for full support. As you rest, live sound will be played throughout the class, including crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, flutes, chimes, and other instruments. The sound is responsive and intuitive, unfolding in dialogue with the room and the practice rather than following a fixed performance.
Poetry reflections will be woven in at moments, offering gentle points of entry for contemplation without interrupting the quiet of the experience. There is no expectation to “do” anything — the emphasis is on receiving, listening, and allowing the body and mind to unwind naturally.
This class is accessible, grounding, and suitable for anyone seeking rest, reflection, or a slower, more inward practice.

Audrey Rose is a yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner who takes a practical, whole-person approach to wellness.
